For Multi-Surface Cleaners:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We offer refunds to the original payment method or exchanges for another product.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
For Candles:
• Candles must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned candle.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
